Shipping Policy

1. We ship products across India. For international shipping, get in touch by dropping us a mail at prayaasecom@gmail.com
2. All orders are shipped from location, New Delhi by our trusted vendors.
3. Orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from the date of purchase. We will notify you with the tracking details once its dispatched from our warehouse.
4. Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of delivery to be replaced. Please notify us by email at prayaasecom@gmail.com and send a photo of the damaged goods with a description of what is defective/damaged.
