Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is valid for 7 days from the date of purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  1. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  2. It must be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
  2. Intimate or sanitary goods
  3. Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
  4. Gift cards
  5. Downloadable software products
  6. Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds are granted for:

  1. Books with obvious signs of use
  2. Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
  3. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  4. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time for the refund to be posted).
  3. Contact your bank (there might be a processing delay).

If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at prayaasecom@gmail.com.

Gifts

  1. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive the returned item.
  2. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver first, we will send a refund to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail us to: prayaasecom@gmail.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from it.

Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items, as we do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
